At present, more than 20 business entities can be found in the premises of the former Technical Services Company of the town of Trnava. The town of Trnava provides operation and maintenance of the industrial park area through the Department of the industrial park and innovation processes, which now offers investors the following services (according to client's requirements and under contractual agreements)
• rental of administrative and production buildings,
• rental of storage and parking facilities,
• comprehensive technical management (energy supply, water)
• cleaning services (in the buildings and exterior)
• maintenance of green areas and roads in the area,
• ensuring the outflow of rainwater,
• security and information service (central portal, two receptions in the office buildings)
• maintenance of the fencing of the industrial park premises,
• fire protection and safety at work,
• operation and maintenance of local lighting in the area,
• operation and maintenance of the closed circuit camera system,
• review of other technical equipment and preventive maintenance (lifts, air conditioning, ...)
• administrative and professional services (telecommunications, Internet delivery, receipt of mail)
• marketing activities (exhibitions, presentations).
